joined with educational publisher Prentice Hall to bundle CookenPro
with the latest release of the culinary classic Food for Fifty.
The Food For Fifty/CookenPro package includes all Food For Fifty recipes
completely nutritionally analyzed, in electronic form. CookenPro 3.0 Commercial is a complete,
effective back-office food service application. It provides inventory control and costing as well as recipe and
menu management, and nutritional analysis.
A companion PDA application allows taking inventory and importing back
for updating as well as exporting recipes, menus, nutritional information, and
cost information to the handheld. A
student version of the software with complete functionality is available.
