SAUTEED SPINACH & RED PEPPERS



1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

1 Teaspoon(s) Olive oil

2 Medium Red bell peppers

2 Each Garlic cloves, sliced

1 Pinch(es) Crushed red pepper flakes

8 Cup(s) Steamed rinsed spinach

1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt


* Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach.


1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper

flakes. Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.


2. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the

skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook,

stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.


Each half cup serving provides: 1/2 FA and 2V.
