| SAUTEED SPINACH & RED PEPPERS |
| 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil |
| 2 Medium Red bell peppers |
| 2 Each Garlic cloves, sliced |
| 1 Pinch(es) Crushed red pepper flakes |
| 8 Cup(s) Steamed rinsed spinach |
| * Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach. |
| 1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper |
| flakes. Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes. |
| 2. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the |
| skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, |
| stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
| Each half cup serving provides: 1/2 FA and 2V. |
