2 Tablespoon(s) honey

1/2 Tablespoon(s) low-sodium soy

sauce

1/2 Teaspoon(s) ground ginger

1/4 Teaspoon(s) table salt

1/8 Teaspoon(s) white pepper

2 Teaspoon(s) olive oil

1/4 Cup(s) chopped walnuts

1 serving olive oil cooking

spray (5

Method

Rinse and pat salmon dry.





Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Place walnuts

in a separate shallow dish. Dip salmon in honey mixture; flip to coat both sides. Dip

salmon in walnuts to coat; flip to coat both sides.





Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Warm oil over medium-high heat. Sauté salmon until

cooked through, about 7 to 8 minutes per side.
