| Rinse and pat salmon dry. |
| Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Place walnuts |
| in a separate shallow dish. Dip salmon in honey mixture; flip to coat both sides. Dip |
| salmon in walnuts to coat; flip to coat both sides. |
| Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Warm oil over medium-high heat. Sauté salmon until |
| cooked through, about 7 to 8 minutes per side. |
