| Frozen Strawberry-Pineapple Mousse |

| 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved, frozen |
| 3 cup pineapple, chopped, frozen |
| 1 large banana(s), chopped, frozen |
| 1/2 cup soy cream cheese, also known as tofu cream cheese |
| 1 cup lite whipped topping |
| Put strawberries, pineapple and banana into a food processor and pulse until puréed. Add soy |
| cream cheese and purée. Add whipped topping and pulse just until incorporated. |
| Pour into an 8-inch square pan and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. |
| Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving and cut into 8 pieces. |
