4 Medium plum tomato(es),

ripe

1 Teaspoon(s) olive oil

1 Teaspoon(s) table salt

4 Ounce(s) reduced-fat feta

cheese, tomato

basil, crumbled

Method

Preheat oven to broil. Cut tomatoes in half.





Place tomatoes, cut side up, in a glass baking dish and brush tops with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and top with cheese. Broil until cheese is slightly browned, about 2

to 4 minutes. Yields 2 halves per serving.
