| Berries with Creamy Lemon Sauce |
| 1 1/2 cup(s) fat-free (skim) milk |
| 2 cup(s) strawberries, hulled and halved |
| Combine milk, sugar and flour in the top of a double boiler. Cook over simmering water, stirring |
| frequently, until mixture thickens, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon extract. |
| Place plastic wrap on surface of mixture; refrigerate until cool. |
| Place about 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/4 cup of blueberries into each of 4 stemmed glasses. |
| Spoon about 1/3 cup of lemon sauce into each cup. |
