JENNIFER'S MOROCCAN TEA

Time: 10 minutes



2 tablespoons loose Ceylon tea

2 large bunches mint

3/4 cup sugar.



In a large pan or teapot, combine 10 cups water, the tea, mint and sugar. Bring to a boil, then

remove from the heat and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain into juice glasses or teacups.



Yield: 12 servings.
