Broiled Maple-Glazed Sausage



Time: 25 minutes



1 pound smoked Polish sausage links or other smoked sausage

2 tablespoons top-grade pure maple syrup

Vegetable oil.

1. Preheat a broiler with the rack positioned 6 inches from heat. Cut sausage diagonally into

1/2-inch-thick slices, and place in a mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, and stir to coat well.



2. Lightly oil a broiling pan, and add sausage slices in an even layer. Broil until sausage is lightly

browned, turning once during cooking, 2 to 3 minutes a side. Transfer to a warm platter, and serve.





Yield: 4 servings.
