| 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese |
| Heat the oven to 400ºF. Cut a slice from the garlic bulb so the tip of each clove is exposed. Press |
| down lightly on the garlic bulb to loosen the skin and put the bulb in a small baking dish. Drizzle |
| olive oil on top and sprinkle with cheese. Roast until soft and pale gold, about 25 to 30 min. |
