Roasted Garlic

Serves two

1 large garlic bulb

2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil

1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese



Heat the oven to 400ºF. Cut a slice from the garlic bulb so the tip of each clove is exposed. Press

down lightly on the garlic bulb to loosen the skin and put the bulb in a small baking dish. Drizzle

olive oil on top and sprinkle with cheese. Roast until soft and pale gold, about 25 to 30 min.
